Price of power consumption

Should be possible to import spot price of power market to calculate cost. Also be able to manually add any overhead costs that your provider sells you, i.e. cents per kWh, flat rate per month, energy tariffs, etc.
Results should be possible to graph as cost of consumption if you have a HAN module of some sort.
This could also help us automate our consumption and regulate it when the price is high.

Power index price

It would be smart if the power index price was integrated to FH. This can be used for, smart charging, smart water heating, smart house heating and turning off non important consumers at price peaks. This could be both as an input to effects where the user determine what should happen at what price.. Or even better if the index price was integrated as automatic function similar to the way tibber operates smart car charging.

Agree. I really want the next 24 hour spot price, possibly combined with grid night and day price, so we can automate/shift consumption to cheapest hours.
(I dont see the big need of knowing exactly how much the dishwasher energy has cost the last 7 days)

Øystein Kleppestrand: I'd like to know per appliance, because it should be possible, and because I perhaps have an appliance that costs me more than I realize and that strictly speaking doesn't need to be used as much as it is.

Let me break it down:
As a user, I need access to historical, current, and future hourly prices from the spot market so that I can see the cost of my historical and current use and plan my consumption for the near future through automation.
As a user, I want to manually register my electricity contract terms (added cost per kWh and flat monthly rate) In addition to any power grid tariffs (cost per kWh, different day and night rates, different summer and winter rates and effect tariff levels and cost) so that I may see the true cost of my power consumption.
As a user, I want to see graphs of historical usage and cost so that I can see energy and cost per device type, per room and per appliance (device) within a specified time frame of i.e. a day, a month or a year.
