I bought Futurehome because Homey has major delivery problems and is not yet available. Thought I'd be fine with futurehome. But the possibility of creating your own customizations is not very user-friendly. And the most user-friendly integration against HomeKit does not exist. Here you have an opportunity to retain a lot of customers who came to you because the competitor had delivery problems. But little has happened in six months. Hope you guys get to ship soon, so all the new customers stay, and want to buy the next FutureHome model when it arrives (it should support WiFi directly, not depend on Playground).
A tip:
If you'd like to pay on a monthly basis you get more updates and more development than you can get by selling hardware only.
Cheer on you guys for a while longer! :)

Is something going on with this one? Planned status since September 2020 - is it time to put the smart hub on Finn and transition to a competitor?

Seriously disappointed to have invested in a Smarthub II from Futurehome and then it turns out you guys don't support HomeKit once? I took it for granted. And Google Home only via Assistant, that gets little clever on my part. I should have done more research on my part. But it is curious that up-to-date hardware is more important than integration with other services - which also seems frugal if one is not an electrician and knows what works or not.
