Unlocking Yale Doorman does not work.

Can't unlock the door with FH. Authenticate comes up but nothing happens. Applies to others I know.

It also comes up that Yale is 2 units. One door and one door with code lock. Why?

I installed a zigbee dings yesterday - I'm not allowed to unlock or use the app.

Same here. Got this in response from Support (two weeks ago!) :
Hi Jon.
We have been having problems with software after the last update for a while now.
We're working on the case.
You will receive a notification in the app itself when this new update to correct the error becomes available.
