NodOn Soft Remote

It isn't recognized by FH. I can register it as a device, but it is impossible to associate groups or make buttons work. I have tried both gateway mode and mono mode.

I can see that you are saying it is displayed as zw_0_0_0 - which means that its not fully included, so that explains why you cant associate or anything.
While including, can you try to "keep it awake"? Every ~8 sec, click the "inclusion combination" during inclusion?

Espen Håland: It only reports as zw_0_0_0, both in secure and non-secure mode, even after several retries of exclusion/inclusion, and factory reset of the switch. And I don't see any activity in Thingsplex Message Stream when I press buttons. I

Does it stop blinking green during the "configure" stage? If so, can you try to repeat step 3 or 2&3 ?

Espen Håland: Yes. The NodOn only blinks green once as a confirmation to pt.3. I have tried repeating steps 3 and 2&3 several times without success.
